The proposed scope covers new display lighting and a check of the existing circuit.

Illustrative content only. No live job, approval or booking is created.

One conversation.
Both sides connected.

For your customers

Less chasing for answers.

The intended experience brings job history, quotes and new requests together, so customers have a clearer starting point than another email thread.

For your service team

More context from the start.

Structured requests capture the site, work description and contact details, helping your team understand what is needed before the conversation begins.

From request
to shared context.

The customer-request workflow is designed around three useful questions.

  1. 01

    What do you need?

Choose a Quote, Job or Order request so the service team knows how to start.

    Request type
  2. 02

    Where is the work?

For Quote and Job requests, identify the site, describe the work and provide the relevant contact and purchase-order details.

    Useful context
  3. 03

    What happens next?

Your service team reviews the request. The portal is designed to keep the resulting quote or job connected to the customer’s history.

    A clearer record

What is the ServiceM8 Customer Portal?

A client-facing web portal designed to bring ServiceM8 job information, customer requests and communication into one place. This page presents the product direction and an illustrative workflow.

Does it replace ServiceM8?

No. ServiceM8 remains the job-management system. The portal is a separate customer-facing experience, with the connection and supported workflows confirmed during setup.

Can customers request new work?

The portal workflow includes Quote, Job and Order requests. Quote and Job forms include site, description, contact details, purchase-order reference, requested dates and attachment controls. Availability is confirmed during your demo.

Is this preview connected to live jobs?

No. All records on this page are fictional and run only in this preview. Filters and job details are interactive, but nothing is sent to ServiceM8 or changed in a live account.

Can I create an account today?

Access is arranged through a guided demo, not public sign-up. Production rollout is subject to validation of permissions, site access, documents and notifications. We will confirm readiness and the available feature set with you.

Is this an official ServiceM8 product?

No. This is an independent TwoByte Studios portal designed for businesses using ServiceM8. It is not presented as an official ServiceM8 product or endorsement.

Let’s make it clearer

Your workflow.
In focus.

Tell us how your customers request work and follow their jobs. We’ll walk through the portal and discuss fit, availability and setup.

Guided demos by arrangement.
No public sign-up or account creation.

This prepares an email for you to review and send. The website does not send or store your details.
